My name is Ivone Elder and I am owner of World Virtual Assistant. In December 2008 I certified as Virtual Assistant in Bureau Red, accepting its ethic code. My working experience of 20 years as Bilingual Executive Assistant includes several stages. My beginnings were in travel agencies, which gave me a wide knowledge on corporate travel organization, including air tickets, hotel bookings, transfers and all other additionals to extend the trip to a pleasure travel, such as, cruises, trains, theater bookings, restaurant bookings, among others. Later I worked in an agricultural multinational, where I consolidated as an Executive Assistant. There I also was a Communication Assistant, where I gained experience in the creation of newsletters, intranet design and development of contents for newsletters and intranet. I participated in a global communication group to implement a unified system of information for the area in all regions. After a short but enriching experience in the Law Area, I continued expanding and consolidating my skills as Executive Assistant in a multinational construction company.
